Feild Trips on The Farm!

We make learning lots of fun at Hurricane Meadows Fall Festival! From enjoying corny explorations in our maze to meeting friendly farm animals, it’s interactive and hands-on!

We host field trips for public schools, private schools, homeschool groups, daycare facilities, scout groups, and more. They are held in the Fall starting on Friday September 11, by reservation only!

SELF GUIDED Field Trip Experience

Educational boards are posted around the farm, along with a corresponding quiz and game that highlight the key elements of Maine Agriculture. From focusing on crop cycles, pollinators, the importance/elements of soil health, and so much more; learning is everywhere here at Hurricane Meadows!

Teachers are welcome to create their own lesson plan in addition!

*Field Trip tour can be guided by a staff member if applicable and requested in advance.

Additional Field Trip Packages

We are excited to offer an additional field trip package which include admission, one small bag of kettle corn, one donut, and a coupon for a small pumpkin. $25 per package.
